It took me less that a day to read this story. I couldn’t put it down for very long! The story and characters kept drawing me back into their world… a world I wish for on a daily basis! To read this story is to become involved in a true Dom/sub relationship. You will be able to feel each character’s pain, humiliation, contentment… and every emotion she encounters.

This story begins with a true submissive trying to escape her Dom and manager, Jacob. He is brutal, uncaring, selfish, and difficult. How many times have we found our “Jacob’s” of this world… and how many times have we tried to escape?

eden procures the services of Adam, an attorney, to help her cut her ties to Jacob, her written ties anyway. She sits demurely in his office and tells her tale, spins her lies, not knowing that he sees through her fabrication. Her lies spin out of control and Jacob pulls her back into his masochistic trap, but it is Adam (the Hero) who comes to her rescue.

Adam is so unlike Jacob. Anyone can just tell that he adores eden by the way he treats her, talks to her, punishes her, and gives his soul to her. Under Adam’s domination, eden blossoms from a meek, darkly dressed waif into a self-confident, truly beautiful, humble submissive. For a time, she is sheltered from life’s dark corners in a cozy summer cottage until Adam announces they would be moving back into the city… back into Jacob’s terrain.

eden’s devotion to Adam takes her through several trials. She experiences love, contentment, humility, fear, and her ultimate horror as Adam forces her to face her fears. His last order leaves her dazed and doubting His love for her… but, she will obey… until the very end.

I would recommend this book to anyone that loves to read a great Bdsm story! The spanking scenes are so vivid that I became aroused just by reading it! Would I recommend it… YES!! Will I offer to lend my book to someone else to read… NO! They can get their own copy!
