Olivia's Dungeon by Faith Cummings

I recently purchased this e book on the recommendation of several regular contributors to the Pink Flamingo website and after having also sampled some of Ms Faith's stories on the Pink Flamingo's sister website which hosts free erotic stories.

Although this novel is a sequel to an earlier book called Bound to mistress Olivia, I didn't find that it was necessary to have read it to follow the story in Olivia's Dungeon. The novel tells the tale of an Dominatrix (the titular Olivia) who, having selected a couple of eager candidates to become her slaves, sets about training them to her exacting standards.

This novel contains long erotic descriptions of male training and submission, involving among other things m/m, mental conditioning of subs and various elaborately staged degradation's as Mistress Olivia breaks down and then rebuilds the minds of her slaves.

What I particularly admired about this novel is the way that its constructed leading the reader deeper and deeper in to Olivia's dungeon and the pleasures and ordeals within. Often with longer femdom novels the submissive male reader may find that some chapters may be of greater interest than others which are skimmed over. In Olivia's Dungeon, however, this isn't the case, as it grips from start to finish with a carefully gauged build up in intensity until it comes to a spectacular and satisfying climax.

I did have a tiny quibble about Mistress Olivia's use of drugs to aid in the conditioning of her slaves. However, as this is a work of fantasy, I’m sure responsible readers to treat it as such. That aspect did nothing to detract from my enjoyment of this very fine work.
